We opened in 2010 for one reason: soft tissue injuries are commonly overlooked in hospital emergency rooms. An ER is built to rule out what is life threatening, and it does that well. It is not built to find the disc injury, the ligament tear or the whiplash that starts hurting three days later. That is the gap our clinics were built to close.
Our clinicians combine physical medicine, chiropractic care, athletic training and interventional pain management into one treatment plan, with digital X-ray and MRI available on site. You do not need to be referred and you do not need an appointment.
Walk into any Injury Care Centers location. Because we only see injury patients, waits are shorter than an emergency room and shorter than a general urgent care, and you are not sitting next to someone with the flu.
Our clinicians use digital X-ray and high field MRI to find the source of the pain rather than treating around it, then draw on shockwave, PBM laser, spinal decompression and other nonsurgical options to treat it. Sprains and strains, whiplash, torn ligaments, back and neck pain, knee and shoulder injuries and post-traumatic headaches are what we handle every day.
If your symptoms are severe, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Loss of consciousness, a worsening headache, vomiting, confusion, numbness or weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, chest pain or difficulty breathing all need emergency care, not a clinic visit.
Under Florida's no-fault law, personal injury protection medical benefits are available only if the injured person receives initial services and care within 14 days of the motor vehicle accident. Miss that window and the benefit can be lost, even where the injury is real and documented later.
A chiropractic physician can provide that initial care, so walking into any of our clinics within 14 days satisfies the requirement. PIP pays 80 percent of reasonable expenses for medically necessary care, up to the limits of the policy. Whether the higher benefit tier applies depends on whether a qualifying provider determines that an emergency medical condition existed, and our team includes a medical doctor and a nurse practitioner alongside our chiropractic physicians.
We will document your complaints, your examination findings and your course of treatment so your records say what actually happened to you. Patients are seen with or without insurance.
Most injury patients lose weeks to logistics: one visit to be examined, another building for the scan, a third for treatment, and a fortnight of waiting in between. We put the pieces in one place. Digital X-ray, high field MRI, nerve conduction studies and EEG are available in our clinics, so your evaluation and your imaging can happen in the same visit.
Our clinicians work as one team across physical medicine and rehabilitation, interventional pain management and chiropractic medicine, with athletic trainers involved where it helps. We also offer nonsurgical regenerative options for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and TMJ pain.

Auto injury, sports injury, work injury or long standing pain, you will be seen by a clinician who works with these injuries every day. After-hours on-call assistance is available, and telemedicine consultations are offered for follow-up and care planning.
