At first, Dr. Hopkins was skeptical. He had never been adjusted and did not think chiropractic care was necessary unless someone had neck or back pain. But after watching his children respond positively to chiropractic care and learning more about how spinal function can affect movement, comfort, and overall wellness, he decided to experience chiropractic care for himself.

That experience helped inspire him to make a major career change and pursue chiropractic as a way to help other families.
After experiencing the impact chiropractic care had on his own family, Dr. Hopkins decided to change careers and enroll at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.

His son, Christopher, also changed career paths, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2020, and opened his clinic in Cary, North Carolina.
